TW tig track welding carriage is digitally controlled designed for horizontal weld for sheet, panel, tank, pressure-vessel, etc.

The automatic wire feeding mechanism can realize the butt welding of the wire or without wire straight seam welding for pressure cylinder.

By maintaining a consistent torch tip distance, the arc voltage remains the same (the arc voltage change is also automatically adjusted). The speed control maintains uniform weld and penetration.

With the specific support frame requirements of the customer site, it is possible to weld the straight seam of the pressure vessel. Through the preparation work before welding, such as the plate and spot welding after bevel, the welding requirements of the argon arc root weld and multi pass weld, the welding reproducibility is good, and the weld seam is beautiful and firm.
At the same time, it avoids the fatigue of the man welder for a long time of welding, and the weld instability after the long-time welding of the manual welding.
