OTS-80 Orbital Tube to tubesheet orbital welder is widely applied into boiler, exchanger, and cooler industrial.

It is design for compact automatic wire feeding system on OTS-80 weld gun. Multi-function buttons like stop/start weld, rotation, wire feeding, which are all integrated on this weld gun handle for quick and easy operation. Three point mounting for quick poisition on tubesheet. Furthermore, internal pneumatical clamp rod inside the tube center is also to ensure safe and tight fixture for weld gun.
